This is a private test, so we hold as close to nothing as we can. We do not track you, we do not profile you, we run no analytics, we show no advertising, and we share nothing with anyone. There is no payment processor and no broker connection, because there is nothing to pay for and nothing of yours is connected to anything.
For a test account: the name and email address you were given or supplied, and a one-way hash of your password — never the password itself. In use: any watchlist or notes you create in the tool. On the server: ordinary web logs (IP address, time, page, browser) kept briefly for security and debugging. That is the whole list.
Only to let you sign in, to keep the test working, and to spot abuse or faults. Nothing is used for marketing, and no automated decision is made about you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and securing a private test among people who agreed to take part.
Nobody. It is not sold, rented, shared or handed to advertisers or data brokers. The only third parties involved are the hosting provider that runs the server, and the font and script providers your browser contacts to load the page — named in the Cookie Policy.
Test accounts and anything in them are deleted when the test ends, or sooner if you ask. Server logs are discarded on a short rolling cycle. There are no billing records to keep, because there is no billing.
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you may ask what is held about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy — and withdraw any consent as easily as you gave it. Email support@tradebrooke.com and we will deal with it within one month, free of charge. If you are unhappy with the response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK, or to the supervisory authority in your EU member state.
Two, both strictly necessary: one keeps you signed in, one remembers your cookie choice. No analytics, no advertising, no cross-site tracking. Full detail in the Cookie Policy.
On a single server in the European Economic Area, reachable only over an encrypted connection. Passwords are stored hashed. Access is limited to the person running the test.
The data controller is Yashada Urdhwareshe, contactable at support@tradebrooke.com. She decides what this test holds and why, and she is the person accountable for it. If a company is later incorporated to run TradeBrooke, the controller will become that company and this notice will be updated to say so.
